Peel That Onion...Layer by Layer

Peel That Onion...Layer by Layer

"There's a place you've got to go for learning | all you want to know about the facts of life" - The Facts of Life theme

Dig a little deeper and you're almost certain to find more: more information, a different direction, a better answer to whatever you're wrestling with.

You might already be working toward a solution, or already have one in place. But going one layer deeper may not only surface something better. It could generate entirely new seeds for directions or ideas you hadn't considered.

Embrace the ongoing search and the extra "why." Let yourself get lost in the problem a little. Peel another layer. See what's underneath.

We can accept the first answer that comes up and decide that's good enough. Or we can go deeper, find something new, and arrive at a better fit. Then we can decide whether to stop there, or peel another layer, and learn something we didn't know we were missing.

And another. And another.

How deep you go depends on how much time and patience you have, and how curious you are. There's no wrong answer. Just stay open to the fact that there's always another layer available if you want to go looking.

Just be open to peeling one more. Possibly two.
