Be a Professional

It is so easy to blend right in with competitors and alternatives by doing the minimum required. But you can stand out above the rest almost immediately by doing just a little more.

That little more is what you would personally expect from a service provider, yet it isn't written anywhere or explicitly requested. It is the extra attention to timetables, to details, to requirements, and going a step further than what was asked.
