Always Be Learning

ABC. "A", always. "B", be. "C", closing. ALWAYS BE CLOSING. Always be closing.
- Blake, Glengarry Glen Ross
You know more today than you did yesterday, a year ago, ten years ago. That's not inspiration. That's just arithmetic.
We grow as we progress, push through failures, collect wins, and keep going. But growth without the right mindset is accidental. The real shift happens when you stop treating setbacks as interruptions and start treating them as data: part of a process that, if you let it, will actually work in your favor.
Yes, the learning process isn't always fun. Deadlines, expectations, and pressure don't create great conditions for reflection. But with the right frame and the right people around you, you can move on faster, fail fast enough to get the insight you need, and keep pushing toward bigger things.
Knowing this ahead of time helps. Expect things not to go your way. Stay curious. Ask "Why?" one more time than feels necessary. Accept a new failure as just another step rather than evidence of something permanent.
And if you need proof it's working, look back. You've grown. You've risen. The things that used to unravel you barely register now.
Expect the mistakes. Appreciate the failures. Find mentors who show you things you can't see from where you're standing, and actually listen.
