Don't Be a Bottleneck

bottleneck: a narrow section of road or a junction that impedes traffic flow.
- definition
Your team is waiting on you. Your deliverables are part of something bigger. So don't hold them back.
It's fine to take your time and deliver quality work. That's the job. But there's a difference between deliberate and delayed. When others need your input to move forward and you're not moving, you're not just behind on a task. You're a friction point in someone else's plan.
Worth noting: perfection is a killer. Sometimes less, delivered, beats more, sitting on your desk. Know the difference.
Startups are agile by nature. Nobody works in a single lane, and everything overlaps. That's a feature, not a bug. But it also means any one item being late, unclear, or half-baked can ripple across the whole project.
So prioritize. Delegate when you can. Be transparent with your team when something's not on track. That transparency isn't weakness. It's how the machine keeps running.
Find your system. Build it around the bigger process, not just your own comfort.
Your team depends on you. Don't make them regret it.
