These posts, these moments, these small bursts of writing...

...they're a kind of therapy for me. Writing, sharing, pushing through, occasionally disappointing myself, occasionally getting it right, and over time, forming a habit.

They don't always take the shape I hope for. Sometimes they don't take shape at all. But I keep going, because if I stop, I probably won't start again.

So I've accepted that they won't always be perfect. Sometimes they'll be great. Sometimes they'll just be bad.

C'est la vie.

For now, I'll keep using this writing as the therapy it is: sharing ideas, expanding on an example or two, getting thoughts down on paper. It would be wonderful if something in here helps, educates, or pushes someone to take a step, even a small one.

But I also know that won't always happen.

That's fine. Not everything will have the best results.
